At World Of KTM, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium riding gear and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all KTM authentic tags attached to ensure the product remains in resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
